TOMATO BISQUE Jeannette Crockett 1 large can diced tomatoes 2 large chopped onions 1 pint heavy cream 4 Tbs. dill ˝ cup chicken broth 1 Tbs. honey Sauté onion until translucent. Add tomatoes, broth and dill; simmer. Cool. Put entire mixture into blender for 30 seconds. Return to heat and add cream and honey. Heat until ready to simmer. Serve immediately. NOTE: Absolutely Yummy but very rich!!
